Welcome to ProSkills Academy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website proskillsacademy.in and the online courses, content, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is owned and operated by Vinay Chandrakant Raje, a sole proprietor trading as "ProSkills Academy", based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean ProSkills Academy.
To enrol in courses you must register for an account with accurate, current information, including a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Courses are delivered digitally as video lessons, notes, quizzes, and related materials. When you purchase a course, you receive a time-limited subscription (for example 3, 6, 9, or 12 months) granting access to that specific course for the chosen duration. Access is personal to you and non-transferable.
Prices for courses are displayed on the Platform in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details. By making a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
You agree not to: share your account or course access with others; download, copy, record, redistribute, or resell course content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All content on the Platform — including videos, text, graphics, logos, and the ProSkills Academy name — is the property of ProSkills Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to access purchased content for your own learning only.
Certificates issued by ProSkills Academy certify completion of a course on our Platform. They are not equivalent to any government, university, or statutory qualification unless expressly stated. Each certificate carries a unique ID and can be verified on our verification page.
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, employment, or income result from completing our courses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSkills Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
